Refund / Return Policy｜退款/退貨政策 – Common Cultures

1. Applicability

1.1 Our policy lasts 7 days.

After 7 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

2. Eligibility for return/exchange

2.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must fulfill the following conditions

unused;
in the same condition that you received it;
in the original packaging.

2.2 The following types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Perishable goods such as food, plant;
Intimate or sanitary goods;

2.3 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on sales and we will only exchange it for the same item

3. Workflow for Return

3.1 To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase, or proof of payment.

3. 退貨流程

3.2 To return your product, you should mail the product back to:

Room 01-25, 24/F, Wing Shing Industrial Building, 26 Ng Fong Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any distributor directly, otherwise this Company cannot further arrange the return or exchange for you.

請不要將您購買的產品直接寄回給製造商、或分銷商，這樣我們公司無法為你安排退貨或換貨。

3.3 You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for return / exchange and the shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you will receive a refund subsequently, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3.3 您需負責支付退貨/換貨相關的運費，而運費不予退還。

如果您日後收到退款，退貨運費將從您的退款中扣除。

3.4 If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item

4.1 There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

4.2 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

4.2 收到並檢查您的退貨後，我們將向您發送一封電子郵件，通知您我們已收到您退回的物品。我們還將通知您批准或拒絕您的退款。

如果您獲得批准，那麼您的退款將得到處理，並在一定天數內自動將信用額度應用到您的信用卡或原始付款方式中。
