1. Local Delivery

1.1 In general situation, we aim to deliver all Hong Kong orders in 5 working days.

If you have not received your products or any notification from our Company within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation, please contact us via WhatsApp, FB Messenger, or e-mail.

1. 本地送貨

1.1 一般而言，我們的目標是在 5 個工作天內交付所有本地訂單。

如果你在訂單確認日起計7個工作天內，還沒有收到貨物，也沒有收到來自我們的通知，請使用WhatsApp、FB Messenger、或電郵聯繫我們。

1.2 For areas within Hong Kong region, we accept the following shipping/delivery arrangements –

Normal shipping: We use designated logistic company to ship the product, shipping fee depends on the weight or size of the product. Free delivery on order over a prescribed level for Hong Kong but Cash Coupon / Gift Card are not included.
Pick-up at Store: Customer can come to our store for pick-up
- Opening hours:
  - Mondays, Wednesdays 13:00 to 18:00,
  - Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 13:00 to 19:00
- Address: Unit B4, 12/F, Chiap King Industrial Building, 114 King Fuk Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon.
Face-to-face delivery: If the staffing and situation allows (says the goods are easy for hand carry), we can arrange a face-to-face delivery under the following scenarios –
- Mondays, Wednesdays 13:00 to 18:00 at MTR Diamond Hill Station
- Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 13:00 to 19:00 at MTR Diamond Hill Station

1.2 香港地區範圍內，我們接受下以的交付方式：

一般付運：透過指定物流商寄送，收費因應重量或貨物大小而有所不同。訂單滿指定金額可免運費，購買現金券或充值卡等不計算在內。
店面自取：客人到本公司自取 –
- 開放時間：
  - 星期一、三下午1至6時，
  - 星期二、四、五下午1至7時
- 地址：九龍新蒲崗景福街114號捷景工業大廈12字樓B4室
面對面交收：在人手安排及情況許可（例如貨物輕便）下，可面對面交收，但只限以下時間及地點 –
- 星期一、三下午1至6時：港鐵鑽石山站
- 星期二、四、五下午1至7時：港鐵鑽石山站

1.3 If you want to receive the product by SpeedPost, registered mail, pay on delivery, please indicate during order, or contact us via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or e-mail.

1.3 如顧客需要特快專遞、掛號、運費到付等方式，請在下單時指明，或通過WhatsApp、FB Messenger、或電郵聯繫我們。
